Hugo and Charlie: Feel Good

Hugo and Charlie are identical twins. They are the same in every way, except Hugo loves sweets and has raided the sweets jar. Hugo fills up on sweets leaving no room for nutritious foods. During the course of the day, we see how Hugo’s body reacts to everyday activities compared to Charlie.

But with a little help from Mum the following day, the sweets jar is empty and Hugo eats his nutritious meals with very different results. Hugo and Charlie Feel Good shows children in a fun and simple way the positive outcomes of eating healthy and nutritious food by comparing two individuals who are exactly the same.
